Finalists at the LaingBuisson 2020 awards!

We are so excited to have been nominated as Finalists for the ‘Management Excellence Award’ at the much-coveted and very prestigious LaingBuisson 2020 awards!*

The LaingBuisson Management Excellence award is awarded to an organisation that has delivered “exceptional clinical or patient outcomes, financial results and employee engagement”.

At Majesticare employee engagement is of huge importance and even more so throughout the pandemic. We have always had a dedicated people team focused on the wellbeing, retention and engagement with our Majesticare family of employees and throughout 2020 they have delivered some hugely successful employee initiatives.

One such initiative has been the introduction of Care Friends, a simple to use app which allows our teams to earn points, which in turn convert to cash rewards and simply for recommending jobs and working at Majesticare to their friends!
In 2020 alone, 94% of all staff recruited through the app have stayed with Majesticare!!

We’re also dedicated to promoting ways in which our teams can provide us with regular feedback. Surveys, focus groups and discussion boards enable us to continue to develop and progress so our teams can always be valued and recognised within our Majesticare family.

The LaingBuisson Awards

The LaingBuisson Awards, now in its 15^th year was established to help “celebrate businesses that set new standards of excellence within their industries.” The awards recognise and celebrate a wide variety of industry excellence within a number of organisational categories ranging from Healthcare to Property to Finance.

*Postponed in 2020, the awards will take place on Thursday 22nd April 2021 via a virtual ceremony.
