We know just how important it is that we keep loved ones and families as close as possible. Connected together to smile, and to share and create more beautiful memories.

This is why we’ve invested in advancing technology for regular video calls, shared as a family or just you and your loved one.

Where possible and across over half of our luxury care homes we’ve evolved our buildings to include beautiful safe indoor visiting rooms. Accessed externally we’re keeping everyone as safe as possible whilst following the most recent guidelines. Garden and window visits are readily available as we continue to develop indoor solutions across all of our homes.

It’s our priority to ensure safe visits continue whatever the future may hold.

Safe Visiting

We’re continuing to invest in our homes to provide sustainable, long term and safe visiting solutions throughout. It’s Keeping safe. Our promise to ensure families and loved ones can always meet safely in person, as this brave new world we live in continues to evolve.

In our Worcestershire, Wiltshire and Somerset luxury care homes, Cavendish Park, Fernhill House,  Blenheim House and Oaktree Court, our new indoor visiting rooms are beautifully decorated. Accessed directly from our car park, a private and safe space to continue to share love, happiness and create new memories together.

We’re working on ways we can provide this safe visiting across all of our homes. We’ll be sharing updates very soon.

Dementia & end of life

Visiting residents with a dementia

Our highly trained memory care teams are dedicated to supporting families who have loved ones living with a dementia. It’s Our promise to keep you connected, to keep you together and to always keep everyone as safe as possible.

We know that not all our memory care residents will understand the need to maintain physical distance which is why we’ve developed visiting that’s unique to your loved one.

Visiting during end of life care

We know how much families will want to see loved ones and to spend time together at this sad time and where possible, it’s Our promise that we will make an exception to our overall visiting policy. Visits will be sensitively coordinated by our skilled and compassionate teams to protect the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
