As proud members of the Living Wage movement, Majesticare believes in more than just meeting basic wage standards. We’re all about ensuring our team members have the financial security to thrive both at work and in life’s adventures. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that, as part of this mission, we’re boosting our minimum hourly wage to £12 for all team members.

This isn’t just a policy update; it’s a celebration of our incredible team’s dedication and the magic they bring to our community every day.

By ensuring fair wages, we’re nurturing a culture of joy, appreciation, and togetherness. Every November, the Living Wage is recalibrated to keep pace with economic shifts. In our ongoing commitment to spreading joy, we can’t wait to roll out this wage increase, effective April 1st.

Every day, we embrace the values championed by the Care Workers Charity, providing avenues for crisis grants and mental health support within our Majesticare Family. Additionally, we’ve proudly signed the menopause pledge, affirming our dedication to creating a supportive workplace environment.
