Oaktree Court awarded a “Good” CQC and praised for their highly person-centered care.
Following a recent & unannounced inspection by the CQC in March 2020, Oaktree Court Care Home in Wellington has been awarded an overall “Good” across all areas achieving an “Outstanding” in responsiveness.
Oaktree Court, our beautiful residential, nursing & dementia care home is steeped in local history and set in acres of truly breath-taking countryside overlooking the famous Blackdown Hills. Following recent investment, the home now benefits from a dedicated dementia care floor including the lovely, light-filled, Somerset Suite day room.

Inspectors noted the “exceptional personalised and responsive care” received by residents in a service led by a management team focused on continual improvement.

Marie George, who joined us as Registered Manager in January 2018 said she was so proud of every single member of her team who have worked so hard over the past 13 months to turn the home from requires improvement to an overall Good rating.
