At our Bedford care home our dementia care community is a place where loved ones living with dementia thrive, engage, and continue to live life as the person they always have been.
Led by our award-winning Clover Co-ordinator, Kelly, our highly trained and experienced team encourages, supports, and ignites wonder for our memory care residents living in our Clover community. It’s through our passion for dementia care that loved ones build wonderful, trusting relationships filled with love and kindness.
A happy & beautiful home.
Our memory care community has been sensitively adapted to be safe and filled with happiness. Corridors are cleverly decorated to stimulate the senses and engage conversations. There’s a cosy communal lounge and pretty little kitchen area where friendships are made, laughter and singing will always be heard and once-forgotten memories are shared.
Our beautiful Glenn Miller Garden is a secure outdoor space for our green-fingered residents to continue their hobbies. A space to feel sunlight and listen to the sounds of birds singing in trees that rustle in the wind.
Activities & Adventures
From visiting miniature ponies and furry friends, to musicians, singers and the local school choir, our Clover residents are always encouraged to safely join the activities throughout our beautiful care home. Stories are shared from childhood’s past, memories of pets and endless afternoons roaming the countryside are relived together.
Adventures in our mini-bus stimulate senses and bring so much happiness! From a quiet walk around the neighbouring Harrold Country Park to a visit to the Shuttleworth Collection to look at historic aircraft and veteran vehicles!
