Frequently Asked Questions

Our aim is to make the care moving process as easy as possible for everyone involved. We hope that you find the answers to these questions and these links helpful, but if there is anything in particular that you want to know, please do get in touch.

What is included in the fees?

Unlike most care homes, we offer a flat, simple fee with no hidden extras. This means our residents can truly make the most of life at one of our care homes. Our fees include everything from their 24-hour care, to trips out on our minibuses and our in-house laundry services.

How much does it cost?

We do a full assessment with you before admission so we can ensure that you receive the right care in the right place for the right fee.

What meals do you offer?

Our residents can enjoy a host of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner; as well as light bites and snacks throughout the day. Our chefs take great pride and care in ensuring that the meals provided are well balanced as well as delicious!

When can I visit my loved one?

Family and friends are encouraged to visit their loved ones as often as possible. We don’t have specific visiting hours, meaning that you can come and go as much as you wish.

What happens if my loved one's requirements change?

We understand that the needs of your loved one may change over time. Our care packages are tailored to the individual and can be altered as and when is necessary. Many of our homes offer a variety of care, meaning that there may not be a need to move to a different home if their requirements change.

How do I begin the journey of selecting a Majesticare care home?

Friends and family are welcome to visit our homes with their loved one. We will discuss your requirements and you will be shown all the amenities the care home has to offer. We are on hand to answer any questions you may have, before completing a pre-admission assessment. If you have a specific question about a particular care home, please do get in touch.

Where can I find out about the safety and quality of your care home?

Our teams have many years of experience in providing and promoting person-centred care, and this is reflected in our feedback. You will also find a link to our CQC report on each home site.

What type of care do you provide?
