Roses of Recognition.
Our unique way to say thank you to our Majesticare Heroes.
Developed by an idea from our Finance Director, Steve – we have named 5 individual “Roses of Recognition” as a unique way to show our immense gratitude to members of the Lashbrook House team.
Taking the Latin meaning of their company values Happiness, Heart, Family, Trust & Creativity to name the Roses, Lashbrook House Managers nominated a member of their team, each week to celebrate & recognise their dedication, hard work and positivity they continue to bring to their Residents and their colleagues.
The “Beatus” Rose meaning to be blessed, happy & fortunate was awarded to Lucia Bratosin, Head of Care. Deputy Home Manager, Micheala commented “Lucia has been a star for Lashbrook House and does a wonderful job. She’s always so patient and available to help everyone with a constant smile on her face!”
Nominated for the “Fiducia” Rose, representing Majesticare’s value of Trust. Jackie has been part of our Majesticare family for many years. “A friend to many, Jackie’s always there to support everyone. She puts her heart, love & full commitment into everything she does.”
Despite recently retiring from a career spanning 20 years at Lashbrook House, the team surprised Kulsum at home to present her with the Rose “Delectio” meaning Love, Goodwill and Delight, Majesticare’s Heart value.
The “Conficiens” Rose representing creativity was presented to Ronnie to say thank you for the incredible job he does to support the residents & the infectious positivity he brings, keeping his colleagues motivated & smiling!
Krasimira was recognised with the “Necessitudines” Rose, meaning the Majesticare Value of Family. “Krasimira really does go above & beyond in her role. The attention & support she provides to the residents of Lashbrook House is as if they were one of her own family.”
Caren Burton, our Head of Innovation & Happiness commented: “This is such a wonderful idea to dedicate a Rose and a gift that will continue to blossom with a beautiful reminder of the happiness they have brought to others for years to come”.
