Majesticare Raise money and awareness for CPBF

heard about all the good work that the CPBF do for carers  and  decided to arrange and  host a charity event  in Heanor,  to raise money for the Charity.   He arranged for local bands to play, contacted
local businesses and suppliers who kindly donated fantastic raffle prizes,
worked tirelessly to promote the event andraised
£1000 for the Charity.

Majesticare Staff members from Ashfields Care Home in Heanor
and management from Head Office gave up their time to attend as did many people
from the local Community.

The night began with a bang as local pop/rock covers band
A.K.A took to the stage and performed a thirty minute set of music which got
the crowd dancing along to the Time Warp from the Rocky Horror Picture
Show.    Themed Bingo was played  during the evening and Angela Boxall
Compliance and Projects Manager for Majesticare
won  and  donated her winnings back to  the charity. The evening continued with
Classic rockers Doc/Rock taking to the stage to deliver a 30minute set of
classic rock  songs.

Nathan Hart  said  he could not believe the generosity of
businesses  donating prizes for the  raffle . Design Office who is based in
Alsager donated a £50   gift voucher.
Tim Hodgson Director of Moore Large and Co Ltd donated a Mountain Bike;
Majesticare gave Ninendo 3DS and flat Screen Televison.  Nathan went on to say “The night was a huge
success and enjoyed by all who attended.
He said he would like thank everyone who helped to make it a success.
