Majesticare are proud to announce that following another successful Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, all of their 17 homes are now rated as either “Excellent” or “Good” and 65% of these homes are 3 star rated.
The most recent home to be upgraded to three stars was Nightingale Court in Kiddeminster. This represents a true success story for Majesticare, who have made significant improvements to the home since acquisition and have developed the home from a 1 star rating to the 3 star rating.
Roger Pratap, Chairman commented: “Achieving these star ratings across our Majesticare homes represents a significant achievement for any healthcare provider in the current market and reflects the high standards we expect of our homes and the focus on quality and positive outcomes for our residents. With a number of inspections anticipated, we are now focussed on continuing to increase the number of Excellent rated homes.”
Erica Hart Managing Director said “This most recent three stars rating gives the Nightingale Court manager and her team the recognition they deserve. Everyone at the home has worked incredibly hard and they have shown immense levels of dedication and support to Majesticare since acquisition. We are so proud of all our Managers in achieving and maintaining such high standards within their homes.”
