


Majesticare, the luxury care home group, has announced the completion of a deal to acquire Robins Close care home in Wellington, Somerset. Majesticare have operated the home for over 10 years and leapt at the opportunity to acquire the freehold property in a multi million pound deal.
Robins Close is a 61 bed, impressive period property which has been sympathetically extended. The property is set in acres of landscaped grounds, offering the residents considerable freedom. Majesticare have a significant capital investment plan to further enhance the care home and improve the environment for the residents.
Robins Close offers residential and nursing care and has a strong local reputation. The excellence in the home was recently recognised by the CQC who have awarded the home 3 Star (Excellent) status.
