Hat trick of finalists for Majesticare
Two Majesticare Managers and the Managing Director were selected from over hundreds of entries as finalists in the running for a hat-trick of awards, including a Home Manager award, a Dementia Care Manager award as well as Care Personality category at the National Care Awards 2010.
The two managers Jenny King, Tewkesbury Care Home, Sally Latham Lawton Rise Care Home were recognised as finalists for their excellent care provision achieving top Care Commission grades across the board for care, support, management and leadership.
Managing Director Erica Hart was recognised as a finalist for her passion for quality and her ability to drive business performance within the company.
Steve Oakes Financial Director said “under Erica’s leadership Majesticare has developed into one of the leading care home Groups with a strong focus on quality. This emphasis has been recognised by the CQC with all homes rated as 2 or 3 star with 64% achieving 3 stars.
