Before a resident joins us, we will consult with them and their relatives or representatives to pre-assess their needs and make sure their living environment is prepared to guarantee them the highest possible quality of life. Our team of care professionals will also work with residents and their friends and family to draw up a personalised care plan designed to meet individual needs and preferences.
The personal touch
Everyone who comes into one of our homes will have the peace of mind and security of having a single nurse or key worker, who they’ll get to know on a one-to-one basis – and who’ll be responsible for developing and reviewing their personal care plan.
