Key features...
  • Our registered nursing team provides the best possible personal care twentyfour hours a day seven days a week
  • All our nurses are constantly updated with the latest techniques
  • We are supported by a range of specialists, including GPs, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists

Our registered nursing team prides itself on delivering the best possible standards of care.  They provide accessible and compassionate personal care twenty-four hours a day throughout the year.

In safe hands

All our registered nurses are trained to the highest levels and are constantly updated with the latest techniques. Their expert knowledge of evaluating, planning and reviewing care, means they are able to meet all our residents’ individual needs.

A manager with extensive additional training supervises each team – and a range of specialists, including GPs, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Opticians, Dentists, Dieticians and Chiropodists, also supports our nursing family.

What’s more, we’re well aware that a kind word and a smile can be great medicine, which is why all our nursing teams are chosen for their warmth and sincerity, as well as expertise.

The best care, right from the start

Before a resident joins us, we will consult with them and their relatives or representatives to pre-assess their needs and make sure their living environment is prepared to guarantee them the highest possible quality of life. Our team of care professionals will also work with residents and their friends and family to draw up a personalised care plan designed to meet individual needs and preferences.

milton.jpgThe personal touch

Everyone who comes into one of our homes will have the peace of mind and security of having a single nurse or key worker, who they’ll get to know on a one-to-one basis – and who’ll be responsible for developing and reviewing their personal care plan. Our residents are the most valued part of an extended family in which care and companionship is always available.

Here to help

The NHS contributes towards the cost of nursing care for all residents who need it, and we will arrange the necessary assessments and paperwork.

"Sometimes they have a meal for all the families. We have had a Chinese night, St. Patrick’s and St. George’s – there is entertainment and a three course meal.

My friends could not believe it, it cost them £5 for a meal and wine, it’s really great."

Yvonne Wilcoxon, daughter of resident Alice Arme
