Being a person of honesty, reliability and responsibility with good leadership skills, I’m a strong role model for my staff. I’m open to challenges and receiving constructive feedback. Patience and good listening skills are my strong points.

I have a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery and now have 23 years experience in these fields, 7 of which have been spent happily in the UK working at The Mount.

I initially started as an Registered General Nurse with The Mount and within 5 months I was promoted to Deputy Home Manager. I’ve been the Home Manager since November 2008.

The good thing about working for Majesticare is we always have support from the management team and other Home Managers. Not only that, access to good quality training enables me to run the Mount efficiently.
