Your first visit
You're always sure of a warm welcome at Majesticare – but there are a couple things you should consider before you make your first visit to ensure you get the most from your time with us:

Make a list of the things that are essential to you and your family and also a list of nice-to-haves. You can use these during or after your visit to decide whether things are right for you.
Also make a list of the questions you or your family want to ask. Can you bring your favourite chair with you? Can the family dog come for a visit? Don’t be afraid to ask anything that’s on your mind – sometimes it’s the small things that make all the difference. And remember, you don’t have to make your mind up there and then.
Ask to take copies of any prices and brochures with you, and take as much time as you want to discuss things – just let the manager know when you might be back in touch.
