Situated close to the centre of Goldenhill, off the A50 between Kidsgrove and Tunstall, Lawton Rise is six miles from Stoke-on-Trent, four miles from Alsager and nine miles from Congleton. It’s a purpose-built, specialist nursing centre for older people diagnosed with all forms of dementia and cognitive impairment. The centre is equipped and designed to minimise the distress caused by memory loss, confusion and problems with speech and understanding.

Lawton Rise is designed, furnished, decorated and operated according to best practice from specialist researchers in dementia. Our residents live in small groups with individual lounge and dining areas, so they get to know familiar faces and have continuity of care and rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped.

Care options

We provide residential and nursing care for older people with dementia on a long term, convalescent and short stay basis. Our specialist care team – all chosen for their warmth, sensitivity and expertise in this area of care – provide the best possible personal care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
