I was Head Teacher of a Church of England Primary School in Herefordshire and had spent 29 years in education. But as a people person, I decided it was time to have a change of career and direction. I was able to bring the skills of promoting, managing, intuitiveness and enthusiasm, to Ross Court.

I have the Registered Managers Award - NVQ level 4 and I always keep abreast of training and personal development. My love of music and drama are talents I can share with residents. I promote the wellbeing of residents and colleagues and my team are happy and content. This radiates to everyone and makes the environment positive, purposeful and a pleasure to work in.

As the Manager, I support and lead highly qualified staff in the care, catering, social activity and domestic teams. Together we meet the social, emotional, physical, spiritual and care needs of those who join us as we offer stimulating, gentle, dignified care in the luxurious country house setting at Ross Court.
