I live in an old Victorian house where I look after and support teenagers in my care. I love people and animals and I have two very large Labradors that also share my home.
I’ve been a carer for 23 years and Manager of Eastfield House Residential Home for the Elderly for the last 9 years. I have NVQ levels 2, 3, 4 and a Registered Managers Award – NVQ level 4. Over the years, I’ve seen many changes but my story has changed so much for the better since working for Majesticare.
Working with the Directors of Majesticare means we’re given all we need to maintain and give the excellent quality of care that our elderly residents deserve.
For me, coming to work each day is like caring for my extended family in lovely surroundings.
