My name is Yvonne Dziurman, I am the Home Manager at Ashfields Care Home on Mansfield Road in Heanor Derbyshire. I am a registered nurse and I also have the Registered Managers Award, my previous experience within this field is Home Manager for about six years, community nurse for about a year and six months in a busy acute setting.

My skills are wide and varied. I like to pride myself that prior to my nursing qualification I worked as a care assistant for 10 years, which taught me a lot about the care sector.
