Like all Majesticare luxury care homes, at The Mount we have a varied and imaginative agenda of events and activities. From sing-a-longs to shopping trips, there's something for everyone.

Getting the most from life

It's our policy to help and encourage residents to keep up their hobbies and interests – and have the opportunity to develop new ones.

Our dedicated Activities Coordinator carefully chooses a wide range of activities aimed at ensuring all our residents get the most from life.

Sing-a-longs
Theatre trips and film nights
Bridge club
Painting classes
Hairdresser and therapy appointments
Themed supper events
Regular shopping trips

Family events

As part of the warm welcome we always give family and friends at The Mount, we also organise a number of family events throughout the year, where everyone is invited to come along and join in the fun. Previous events have included Christmas and New Year celebrations, cheese and wine parties, summer fetes and firework displays.
